PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an assembling property of a frame of a bicycle on which a suspension device is mounted. SOLUTION: This suspension supporting part 24 is a part free to install on a swing arm 15 connected to a frame body 12 of the bicycle and is furnished with a first connecting part 26, a second connecting part 27 and a third connecting part 28. The first connecting part 26 is provided on the one end side of the suspension supporting part and can be connected to the swing arm 15 free to oscillate around a first axis X1. The second connecting part is provided on the other end part of the suspension supporting part and can be mounted on a first end of a suspension unit 22. A second end of the suspension is mounted on the swing arm 15.
