Method for producing a skin-moisturising active principle, characterised in that it includes the steps of solubilising a Viola tricolor powder in an aqueous phase, carrying out enzymatic hydrolysis, inactivating the enzymes, separating the soluble and insoluble phases via settling, filtering or centrifuging, and concentrating the soluble phase via ultra-centrifuging, atomisation, or freeze-drying. The invention also relates to the resulting active principle, the uses thereof and cosmetic compositions containing same. |
