CELL CULTIVATION METHOD AND CELL CULTURE

Disclosed is a cell cultivation method for performing high-dimensional cultivation of a cell (e.g., a porcine or human hepatocyte, a porcine or human islet cell) for a prolonged period of time in the state where the surviving, morphology and functions of the cell are maintained. The method is characterized by cultivating the cell using a peptide hydrogel as a support. Also disclosed are a cell produced by the cultivation method, a cell culture containing a peptide hydrogel, a bioreactor comprising the cell culture, and a cell preparation comprising the cell culture.
