The module (1) has two lighting units (4, 5) in the form of light emitting diodes, and a set of lighting unit modules that is arranged adjacent to each other and are coupled electronically with each other. The two lighting units are arranged in respective electric circuits (6, 7) that are coupleable to a common voltage line (9). A controller is provided for controlling light intensity of the lighting units.
