Then, a navigation processing section (210) accesses to the navigation data region (121), with access by the disk recording and processing section (221) to an additional-function data region (122) in the hard disk device limited. As a result, satisfactory navigation information can be provided even if the navigation-related processing and processing of a specific additional function different from a navigation function are parallelly performed.
