The vascular end prosthesis (1) has a radially expanding woven hose (2) with inter-engaging mesh of one or more single fibres which are electrically conductive and form an inductance inside the high frequency vibration circuit. The fibres such as metal wires are electrically insulated from one another at the intersection points. The tubular hose can be made by weaving, knitting, or some other linking method.
