PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure of a subframe capable of preventing the reduction in vibration performance such as sound vibration performance even by corresponding to the vehicle type having different ground clearance using the subframe in common. SOLUTION: When changing a position in the vertical direction of a vehicle of a suspension member (subframe) 20 for a vehicle body 42 to correspond to the vehicle type having different ground clearance, a mount insulator 36A which does not change a position in the vertical direction of the vehicle of an elastic body 48A for the vehicle body is used. At this time, an insulator collar 50 provided with a receive part 46c at a lower end is fixed to an end part of a side member 22 and is fitted into outer periphery of an outer cylinder 46A of the mount insulator by pressing it in to receive its lower end in a bent part 46a.
