<p>The method involves designing field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) for realizing a part of an electronic circuit that includes a logic part and an extension part that is independent to the logic part. The logic part is implemented on the FPGAs.. A portion of the extension part is obtained from data of a data base, where the data are divided into two groups. One group is divided into board individual extensions and board-joint extensions. Another group is divided into connection-individual extensions (1), parallel-connection-extensions (2) and chain-connection-extensions (3). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for designing a database for designing an electronic circuit on a board (2) a database with data.</p> |
