PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for announcing the surrounding information of a vehicle for easily judging an object to be detected even when the object to be detected and the other heat source closely exist in a picture. SOLUTION: Whether or not a vehicle is traveling on an expressway is decided in a step S3. When it is decided that the vehicle is not traveling on the expressway in the step S3, the temperature of a heat source existing in an image pickup picture is detected from an image pickup signal in a step S4. A prescribed threshold temperature is set based on calendar information, time information, and outside air temperature in a step S5. Picture conversion processing for deleting the heat source whose temperature is not less than the prescribed threshold temperature is executed to the heat source in the image pickup picture in a step S6. |
