The casing has a central hub, an intermediate shroud and an external ring concentric about an axial direction. The ring and the shroud are connected via links, and the shroud and the central hub are connected by a series of radially fastened hollow arms. The series of arms comprises a main arm (110) and a secondary arm, where each main arm is arranged in the continuation of a link. Each main arm has a mass greater than that of the secondary arm arranged at a distance from the links, and has a narrowed wall thickness over full height of the main arm. An independent claim is also included for a turbine engine comprising a structural casing.
