<p>An illuminating system for a camera that can illuminate an area according to an angle of view of the camera for stroboscopy is provided. The illuminating system includes: a light source emitting light; and an illuminating lens arranged in an optical path of the light emitted from the light source and having a fly-eye lens surface with a plurality of lens cells thereon and an aspherical or spherical lens surface opposite to the fly-eye lens surface.</p> |
