The device allows a motor vehicle to increase its speed beyond a speed limit, and provides a speed limiter in a motor. An information system manages information received from sensors, intermittence units and a stenographer. The speed limit value of the speed limiter may be changed based on the parameters obtained by a signal conversion system. An independent claim is included for a speed limiting method.
