<p>A primary conduit installed under the street captures oxygen. Pipes are connected to the primary conduit to transport the oxygen to the corresponding ventilation pipes. The flow of oxygen ventilates a cellar having two exclusive doors, an interior enclosed with aluminum, and a blocked exterior sliding door. Implements necessary for survival such as emergency lights, towels, sealant material, drinkable water, oxygen capture device, ventilation grill, and stopper are provided in the cellar.</p> |
