The generator includes a base, an associated pendulum that moves in circular motion in two directions with respect to an axis. The oscillation movement and speed of the pendulum can be increased with the use of gearboxes. Hydrostatic transmission is used for reducing the oscillation movement in one direction and for ensuring greater resistant when connecting to an alternator. An electromagnet, which is activated by a sensor, is used to keep the oscillation movement constant.
