A cylinder that is hollow and spiral internally is provided at the center with a gear or pinions coupled to a dentated chain and an electric motor. Outside the cylinder are bearings that retain two hollow cylinders having supports for the electric motor. Springs and guides allow movement of the device, except for the electric motor, inside a structure having a spiral bar retained by springs and which moves forward or backward depending on the movement of the device. Electrically conductive bars isolated from the structure have an axial bearing for vertical positioning of the device.
