<p>A water cooling type thermal insulation door device for shielding radiant heat of a melting furnace is provided to obtain sufficient cooling power, prevent distortion or damage of a structure due to heat of high temperature, and secure safety of operators from thermal diffusion and shock by performing heat exchange between water and high temperature heat radiated from the melting furnace. In a thermal insulation door for shielding heat radiated from a melting furnace(10), a water cooling type thermal insulation door device for shielding radiant heat of the melting furnace comprises: a transfer car(20) installed in front of the melting furnace and laterally transferred; and a water cooling wall door(30) which is supported by the transfer car and erected on the transfer car, and has an upper water cooling wall(30A) and a lower water cooling wall(30B) that can be slid with each other, the upper water cooling wall and the lower water cooling wall comprising a cooling water supply header(40) and a cooling water heat exchange tube(50) for flowing cooling water distributed by the cooling water supply header, wherein cooling water supplied to the cooling water supply header absorbs and releases radiant heat of high temperature radiated from the melting furnace while the cooling water passes through the cooling water heat exchange tube.</p> |
