The pump, delivering a fluid by means of membrane vibration, has two circular membranes vibrated in opposite phases by an electromagnetic system (3) inside a stator (2) that converges in the direction of the pumped fluid flow. The stator is made with a partition (2') forming two compartments, each containing one membrane, while the vibrators have at least one component in common and can be in the form of two separate magnetic coils or having currents flowing in opposite directions. |
