The panel has a core sandwich structure with two walls placed on the outer opposite sides of a honeycomb, and seat mounting rails (14) inserted in the panel before the mounting of the honeycomb and walls. The rails with a longitudinal axis (15) are placed at different positions for permitting arrangements of layout elements according the needs of a user. An upper side (22) has an elongated opening along the axis to allow the installation of the elements on the rails.
