Insulation is fixed to a building surface (19) by means of threaded rods (7), each carrying a disc (18) for abutting the outer surface of the insulation (20), the disc having means for attaching it to channel members (16) used for supporting cladding plates (17). The rods (7) are fixed in undercut channel members (9) by having a twisted end (2) which can be inserted into the members (9) and then rotated into a locking position where portions of the end (2) are in contact with the upper corners of the members (9). |
