The electric motor is asynchronous and has greater functional potentials. It consists of a stator (2) with windings (3) in a housing (1), in which rotor (4) with cage winding (5) of axial conductors (6) with electric conducting rings at their ends. Stator (2) is made of, fitted around housing (1), radially orientated plates (8) with windings (3) and opposite poles (10, 11) in the aperture between which winding (5) of rotor (4) is found, having non-ferromagnetic material between its axial conductors (6). The stator plates (8) have at least one radial sheet (13) and casing (1) made of non-ferromagnetic material.
