The mechanical reinforcement complex for manufacturing composite parts, comprises a fibrous cloth structure assembly, and a polyurethane foam layer with open cells placed on an internal face of the complex by contacting with an injected resin. The reinforcement complex (3) is incorporated in composite parts and impregnated with a thermohardening resin. The fibrous cloth structure assembly (5) comprises a base of glass fibers, carbon and/or aramide. The fibrous cloth structure assembly and the foam layer (4) are solidarized by sewing/knitting, needle punching and non-uniform bonding.
