#CMT# #/CMT# The grab (1), comprising a lifting ring (10) and one or more permanent magnet assemblies (2) with fixed main poles and mobile sub-assemblies, has a flexible coupling system (4) with universal joints (40) between the lifting ring and permanent magnet assemblies to allow a relative offset angle between them when a load is being raised.
