An eccentric drive device (5, 8) is provided with a guide section (11) which is eccentrically mounted with respect to the rotation axis for the driving shaft (3). An eccentric rotary part (12) is mounted on the guide section and a connecting part (7) between the eccentric drive device and a freewheel device (6) is rotatably secured to this part. The transmission has at least one driving shaft and at least one driven shaft (4) connected to a motor-driven wheel via at least one eccentric drive device mounted on the driving shaft and at least one freewheel device mounted on the driven shaft. The connecting part is e.g. a rod.
