A panel (10) that can be used in forming concrete structures is disclosed. The panel has a number of ribs (20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30), first and second female connectors (32, 42) near the first edge of the panel, and a male connector (44) near the second edge of the panel. The male connector is able to connect to either female connector of an adjacent panel so that the effective width of the connected panels can be selectively adjusted.
