One or two propellers is/are mounted on a common horizontal shaft on a "wing tower shaped" column, so as to allow it to turn to align with wind direction, while generating electrical energy via shafts 6 transferring energy to the base. Light winds are allowed to pass with a small speed of turn of the propeller(s) at a small range of angular acceleration. Further construction details are disclosed. |
