An electric terminal box for apartment houses is provided to reduce working time and enhance working efficiency by applying power to the electric terminal box through a simple wiring. A main box(110) which is buried to an wall(W) in order to wire electric lines(L), includes a through-hole(113) in an inner side, a plurality of an install grooves(115) and a holes(117) in an outer of the through-hole. A coupling unit(120) coupled with the install grooves includes a spiral groove(121), an aperture-hole(123), a connecting groove(125), and a connecting hole(127). A pair of conducting bolts(130) are coupled with the main box in order to couple the coupling unit with the main box and electrically connected with the electric lines. A coupling bar(140) coupled to the spiral groove and connected with the conducting bolts, includes a bolting unit(141) and a holding groove(143). A connecting bar(150) coupled with the holding groove includes a coupling groove(151), an insertion groove(155) having a connection terminal(153), and a conducting line(157) for connecting between the connection terminal and the coupling bar. A cover plate(160) attached to an outer part of a finishing material(P) includes a plurality of insertion-holes(161) connected to the coupling groove. A coupling unit(170) is bolt-coupled with the coupling groove to couple the connecting bar with the cover plate. |
