#CMT# #/CMT# The applicator (1) has a container (2) with a reservoir (3) having a lateral wall and a threaded neck integrated to a squeegee (5), and a cosmetic product applicator with a cap with an outer shell, a threaded insert, and an axial rod. The wall forms a right skirt (32) with an upper opening having transversal section from 50 to 150 square mm. The container has a closing part (7) with an upper part (70), a peripheral part (71) and a lower part (72). The squeegee has a central part forming a spinning restraint part and a lateral part cooperating with the part (72) to form an assembling part. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for applying a fluid and pasty product e.g. mascara, (claimed) for eye makeup. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The lateral wall forms the right skirt with the upper opening having transversal section from 50 to 150 millimeter square, thus facilitating product filling operation irrespective of the type of the reservoir in a rapid manner. The design of the distributor is totally new, thus presenting large commercial interest, while adapting to the need of each user.
