The hinge has a clamp ring (2) mounted on an axle (12) of a base (1) with a plate (11). A lug (3) has a through hole (33) aligned on a taper (15) of the axle when the lug is applied against the ring to receive an adjusting screw (31). Pins (35) of the lugs cooperate with through holes (29) of the ring to rotatably integrate the lug and the ring. The lug is pivoted around the axle with the ring before locking the ring on the axle. |
