PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology whereby the content of higher quality can be readily obtained.

SOLUTION: An acquisition section 31 acquires interpolation contents that interpolates principal contents in a spatial direction or a temporal direction or interpolates the gradation of quantization applied to the principal contents. A composite section 32 composes the principal contents and the interpolation contents, in a way of interpolating the principal contents in the spatial direction or the temporal direction or interpolating the gradation of quantization applied to the principal contents. This technology can be applied to content providing systems for providing contents.
