<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of outputting an image with stable density while fully utilizing new developer by preventing newly replenished developer from being discharged in unused state. <P>SOLUTION: A system for preventing the new developer from being directly discharged from a discharge port is utilized as one circulation development stirring structure by replenishing only the developer or carrier without discharging the developer to a certain amount, circulating the developer in a developing machine and discharging the developer only when it is recognized that the certain fixed amount is exceeded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
