PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire photography data of a color chart easily under proper exposure required when color processing information is created. SOLUTION: In the color processing method creating color processing information based on photography data of a color chart, photography data of a specific color patch is acquired and a decision is made whether the photography data is obtained under proper exposure or not based on the photography data of a specific color patch. Color processing information is determined based on the photography data of a color chart which is photographed based on exposure conditions where a decision is made that the photography data is obtained under proper exposure.
