PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate an ejector type refrigerating cycle while bringing a flow rate ratioηinto a value closely near to the optimum flow rate ratioηmax and while exhibiting a high cooling capacity as the whole cycle, in the ejector type refrigerating cycle provided with a plurality of evaporators including the evaporator arranged in a branch passage branched from an ejector upstream. SOLUTION: This ejector type refrigerating cycle is provided with a variable contraction mechanism 14 for regulating a refrigerant flow rate Gnoz in a nozzle part 15a of an ejector 15 to bring a first evaporator 16 outlet side refrigerant superheat degree into a prescribed value, and a second evaporator 20 upstream fixed contraction area 19 designed to bring a refrigerant flow rate Ge sucked into a refrigerant suction port 15b of the ejector 15 into the flow rate ratioηmax exhibiting the high cooling capacity as the whole cycle, in the refrigerant flow rate Gnoz when the first evaporator 16 outlet side refrigerant superheat degree is brought into the prescribed value, and the refrigerant flow rate Gnoz is operated with the superheat degree control to exhibit the high cooling capacity as the whole cycle.
