PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the possibility that second and subsequent control signals are surely transmitted, when a plurality of sets of control signals and data signals are transmitted. SOLUTION: A control section 30 generates a packet signal formed of a plurality of sequences. With reference to a first known signal arranged in one of the plurality of sequences, the control section 30 performs timing shift for a second known signal and a control signal, while performing cyclic timing shift of the first known signal arranged in other sequence within the first known signal. Furthermore, the control section 30 sets the timing shift value at an identical value between a control signal and a first known signal included in the top set, while setting the timing shift value at a different value between the first and second known signals, and sets the timing shift value to the identical value between the control signal and the second known signal, included in the remaining sets.
