PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging module with a novel configuration. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging module includes: a substrate voltage control means for a solid-state imaging element including an operational amplifier; and a pulse generating circuit for generating a voltage pulse, an output stage of the operational amplifier includes PMOS transistors, a diode, and NMOS transistors, the anode of the diode is connected to the drain of the PMOS transistor, and the cathode of the diode is connected to the drain of the NMOS transistor, the PMOS transistors, the diode, the NMOS transistors are formed on one and same semiconductor substrate, and the pulse generating circuit applies a voltage pulse to the cathode of the diode.
