PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of making a phone call from a caller IP phone to a called IP phone on the basis of its extension number and informing the called IP phone about an extension number of the caller IP phone. SOLUTION: A SIP call control apparatus 32 receives a caller number and a destination number from an IP phone 31, reads a relay destination number and a conversion destination number stored in cross reference with each other in a destination conversion information DB 33, and instructs a SIP gateway 34 assigned with the relay destination number to perform call origination to a SIP gateway 44 assigned with the conversion destination number. A SIP call control apparatus 42 receives the relay destination number and the conversion destination number from the SIP gateway 44, reads the caller number and the destination number stored in cross reference with each other in a call information DB 38, and allows the call origination to reach the IP phone 41 assigned with the destination number as a call from the caller number.
