PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator excellent in response characteristic and restraining the tilt of a lens barrel in an optical axis direction associated with driving to be small. SOLUTION: Provided is the actuator which supports one end of the lens barrel 4 in the optical axis direction by gas made to blow off the outer peripheral surface of the lens barrel 4 from a nozzle 12, and supports the other end of the lens barrel 4 in the optical axis direction by leaf springs 14a, 14b and 14c.
