PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for analytical use capable of preventing a remaining solution from flowing in by following when a solid component is transported or the part of a sample solution is transported. SOLUTION: The device for analytical use comprises: a separating chamber 10 for separating the sample solution into a solution component and a solid component; a holding flow channel 13 for holding a certain quantity of the separated solid component 32; a mixing chamber 16 connected with the holding flow channel; an overflow flow channel 12 connected between the holding flow channel and separating chamber; a sample overflow chamber 17 for discharging sample solution remaining in the separating chamber; and a connecting passage 14 for connecting the separating chamber to the sample overflow chamber. After separated solution component 31 is preferentially filled into the overflow flow channel by capillary force, the separated solid component is transported to the holding flow channel through the overflow flow channel, and a predetermined amount of solid component is measured. The solid component in the holding flow channel is transported to the mixing chamber by centrifugal force, and simultaneously the sample solution remaining in the separating chamber is discharged to the sample overflow chamber by a siphon effect of the connecting passage.
