PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent capable of cleaning phosphor paste soil effectively, a method for cleaning wiping tape and further a method for recycle-using the wiping tape. SOLUTION: This detergent comprises 1-50 wt.% terpenes,≥10 wt.% non-water soluble solvent having the dissolution activity of the phosphor paste, >20 wt.% water soluble solvent having the dissolution activity of the phosphor paste, 5-30 wt.% nonionic surfactant having 30-90°C clouding point, and 1-20 wt.% organic acid. The wiping tape attached with the phosphor paste is cleaned by using the detergent. The wiping tape is used again for the cleaning process of a screen-printing plate after cleaning the used tape by using the above cleaning method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
