PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bladder taking-out method capable of taking out an air bladder from a tire put in an internal pressure reduced state or a tire put in a normal internal pressure state in a short time. SOLUTION: This air bladder 11 taking-out method is composed of a Step P of setting internal pressure of the air bladder 11 to zero, a Step R of completely taking out the tire 12 from a rim 10, a Step F of folding up the air bladder in the tire 12 after at least the Step P and the Step R, a Step N of setting the internal pressure of the air bladder 11 held by an inside gas chamber 14 to negative pressure, and a Step T of taking out the air bladder 11 from the tire 12 by finally making force in the tire axial direction act on the air bladder 11.
