PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin counter retaining design properties when an external force is applied. SOLUTION: The resin counter has a coated part at least in a part of the surface for use, and the coated part has (A) three-dimensional net structures containing M-O bonds (wherein M is Si, Al, Ti, Zr or Sn) and (B) particles of a plastic polymer. The net structures (A) contain M1-O bonds (wherein M1 is Si, Al, Ti, Zr or Sn) and M2-O bonds (wherein M2 is Si, Al, Ti, Zr or Sn and different from M1), and the particles of the polymer are dispersed with almost no contact in the coated part.
