PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish washer which reduces the frequency of rinsing by adding a process before a main washing process to exert an effect to supplement the main washing. SOLUTION: The steam is efficiently generated by executing the spray on a heater before the main washing to increase the temperature in a washing chamber by the steam and to simultaneously increase the temperature of the dish to melt the oil and fat such as tallow and the feedwater shower is executed to eliminate the remained food and to wash away the sticky stain so that the frequency of rinsing is reduced and the volume of the washing water to be used is reduced by executing the discharge before the main washing.
