PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microporous polypropylene sheet havingβcrystal activity for covering a wound and a wound covering material using the same which promote treatment, prevent leakage of exudate, and have excellent moisture permeability, air permeability, skin followability and peelability. SOLUTION: The microporous polypropylene sheet for covering a wound and the wound covering material using the same have substantially core-free voids,βcrystal activity, and specific gravity of 0.15-0.4.
