PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a flow of a refrigerant during an extremely low flow rate time, to uniformize blow-out air temperatures, and to prevent its structure from becoming resistance during a high flow rate time. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 1 is provided at least with a plurality of tubes 2 to make the communicate in a vertical direction, and an upper side tank 4 communicated with the upper end of a tube group of the tubes 2, and the refrigerant is passed through an inlet 9 provided in the upper side tank 4. A refrigerant introduction passage 25 with an opened top face is attached to the inlet 9, and the refrigerant introducing passage 25 is inserted into the upper side tank 4.
