PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging device which miniaturizes the entire device including a pump, and which has high heat exchanging efficiency and which is capable of obtaining high reliability. SOLUTION: The exchanging device transmits heat from a heat generating part to a fluid or transmits heat of the fluid to a heat radiating part and exchanges heat by making the fluid flow. The heat exchanging device has an intake part 21 for taking in the fluid and a discharge part 31 for discharging the fluid, a pump chamber 11 whose capacity can be changed, a capacity changing means for changing the capacity of the pump chamber 11, and a heat exchanging means 20 is provided on at least in eather of the intake part 21 side or the discharge part 31 side and which is composed of an enlarged flow passage 34 whose cross section in the orthogonal direction in the fluid flowing direction is enlarged in one direction, for exchanging heat of the heat generating part or the heat radiating part.
