PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper enhanced in durability while avoiding steep raise of manufacturing cost and precisely disposing a mass member to an appropriate position. SOLUTION: The dynamic damper is composed of a bracket metal fitting 1 comprising a ceiling wall part 11 and a pair of side wall parts 12 opposed with a space and extended from both ends of the ceiling wall part 11, a mass member 2 disposed within the inner space of the bracket metal fitting 1 separated from the bracket metal fitting 1, and four rubber elastic supports 3 secured to two faces behind the mass member 2, press-fitted between the side wall parts 12 of the bracket metal fitting 1 toward the ceiling wall part 11 together with the mass member 2 and disposed in the sandwiched condition between the mass member 2 and each of the side wall parts 12 for elastically supporting the mass member 2 against each of the side wall parts 12. An elastic projection 4 for positioning the mass member 2 by abutting to the ceiling wall part 11 when press-fitting is provided on the tip end face of the mass member 2 in the press fitting direction.
