PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double reverse rotation type axial flow blower having higher air capacity and higher static pressure than a conventional blower. SOLUTION: A first impeller 7 provided with leading blade 28 is rotated in one direction by a first motor 25 in a suction side opening part 15of a housing 59. A second impeller 35 provided with trailing blade 51 is rotated in another direction opposite to one direction by a second motor 49 in a discharge side opening part 57 of the housing 59. A plurality of stationary blades 61 are arranged radially between the first impeller 7 and the second impeller 35. Number N of the leading blades 28 , number M of the stationary blades 61 and number P of the trailing blade 51 are established with a relation of N>P>M. Dimension L1 obtained by measuring the leading blade 28 along a axial line direction is established longer than dimension L2 obtained by measuring the trailing blade 51 along an axial direction.
