PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that since at present there is a few antismoking gums and antismoking filters sold as antismoking tools and only unsatisfactory antismoking tools for smoking cessation, a smoker wants smoking cessation, however, does not find a good antismoking tool and gives up smoking only by will and effort of the smoker himself or herself but it is quite severe. SOLUTION: When a person smokes for many years, the person increases the number of cigarettes and hardly gives up smoking by nicotinism and habituation, however, a person can give up smoking by reversely utilizing persistent habituation. The number of cigarettes is reduced by half or less in 10-15 days by smoking one cigarette dividedly at several times, an economic load is reduced and physical condition is improved. A person does not feel breathlessness even in repeatedly going up and down the stairs, clearly knows improvement in physical condition by himself or herself and decides smoking cessation.
