PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the maintenance property of reaping pretreatment equipment by saving the time and labor for attaching and detaching the grain culm-raising case in the combine harvester equipped with a grain culm-raising device set in front of the traveling machine body. SOLUTION: A raise-driving sprocket, tension sprocket, trailing roller, endless chain 67 equipped with a rasing tine 67, front lid 61 and back plate 63 and the like are united as a grain culm-raising case 22. The spline part of the raise-driving shaft 46 is fitted to the spline hole of the raising bevel gear 83 built in the raising gear case 71.
