PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device in which sufficient cam action by a pressing assist cam or a back torque limiter cam is produced by transmitting a larger force to a pressure member. SOLUTION: This power transmission device comprises a clutch housing 2, a clutch member 4, the pressing member 5, and the pressing assist cam or the back-torque limiter cam. A rotational force input into an input member is transmitted to or cut off from an output member, by pressing or separating a drive side clutch disk 6 against or from a driven side clutch disk 7. The power transmission device further comprises an engaging member 12a, disposed at least in place of the driven side clutch disk nearest the pressure member 5, and having a bent part 12aa that extends to the pressure member 5 side.
