The component (8) has a unit at which parts (1,1`) of housing of an air conditioner are fastened. The component is held by housing of an air conditioner. The component is aligned and dimensioned so that the component is vertically loaded. The component is connected with the parts so that the component and housing form a channel through which air conditioned air flows into a passenger compartment of a motor vehicle. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement from two load receiving components.
